We had the beautiful pleasure of working with Liz as our doula for our daughter's birth. She is extremely personable, makes you feel comfortable and at ease and most importantly makes you feel safe. She is so knowledgeable in all things birth and health. We have learned so much from her throughout the years and are grateful for all of her help!
I attended an educational class on women's health and reproductive organs, wellbeing and sisterhood. Informative and helpful, quality vitamins and other items for women's personal care. I also received a therapeutic magnet session while pregnant and that was very relaxing and purging. I highly recommend Liz as midwife/doula.
Liz has been deeply routed in holistic health and healing. She has been instrumental in my instrumental in my personal growth and overall health. You will not find a more committed person to work with. More recently, we took birthing classes with her and she helped birth our child. She was amazing! Thank you Liz!
Liz has been my healer for 4 years, before she moved to TX. Every session I’ve had with Liz has resulted in amazing positive impact. Recently I contacted Liz for a remote session and it was as impactful as in person. I highly recommend Liz- she is very knowledgeable, caring and giving. Where can I begin? Liz always shows up when I need her most even if it’s years between seeing her. She’s has had such a comforting presence since the first day we met & she assisted with my plant medicine session. The amount of familiarity & comfort I felt allowed to be vulnerable & reach out about some health concerns I had in relation to my moon cycle.
