I really hesitated to leave this review because I prefer to support local businesses, but I’m disappointed with the lack of communication. I contacted this company about getting an estimate for slate steps near our garage and landscaping along our fence. The owner scheduled a time to meet with me, but called about 15 minutes before our appointment to say she couldn’t make it. I'm sitting here at Weis watching an employee of this supposively salting the drive area. Too busy looking at his phone to realize that there's NOTHING being spread. I guess though if it's the almighty dollar that this company cares about & NOT customer service it just made a KILLING.
The kind and courtesy staff is wonderful in planning and executing all of the designs and ideas. Very customer oriented.
