Jill the The receptionist was very gentle and kind I had a surgery back in 2018 done by Dr. Witters and Dr. Witters was very pleasant very gentle And she took care of me I appreciate that very much and I pray that her and her family is blessed!!

Lack of coordination, communication, and a very rude NA that assisted my doctor in my pap. She was moody and treated me as if I didn't deserve care or proper answers. The NA (she has glasses and brown hair) had also called me a few days prior to my appointment to retrieve records I had to have faxed over from my previous doc, three days before my appointment (on a Friday) and gave me a hard time about her difficulty with my previous provider, even though I had the appointment scheduled at A New Beginning for 1 month. I went to this practice, in Charlotte, for the first time yesterday. I have to say that my experience was top-notch perfect. From the receptionist, Jill, medical assistant, Laurie to Dr. Henning, I felt like I was they’re only priority. Highly recommend them!!!
This was my first time going here and was 8 minutes late for my appointment. I apologized and( mind you there was not a soul in the office patient wise.) I was then told by the very rude receptionist that I would have to reschedule. I told her that was ridiculous and she said well your appointment was at 9:45 am and if your 10 min late that’s our policy. I told her I wasn’t 10 min late and pointed at their own clock.
