This therapist's location is convenient to me. Did not have appointments available. The therapist had to call me twice to cancel. When asked for a refund of the rest of the 3 massage package, LMT charged "handling fee" of $5 and mentioned that he "was not tipped last time." The massage itself was descent, but the behaviour described above appeared unprofessional. Would not recommend him at all.
