I went in to pick up my grandmother’s remains, but the lady that was supposed to help me kept answering calls instead. She never said give me a moment or acknowledged me at all. I honestly think it was racially motivated and it spoke to her ignorance. Hopefully she will be better in the future.

The way I was treated my Matt and his salesman will forever be remembered. Having the person who promised respect allow mockery and someone to laugh while planning your child's funeral as they tell you it's already planned and paid for and there is nothing I could do is infuriating. I feel there was no consideration given towards my worship or the deceased preferences. They had my daughter less then ax well from start to finish and insisted how urgent it was to male decisions.
