Best facial i ever had i leave feeling so refreshed
Had a great first facial, but my experience with customer service was sub par and very unprofessional. I missed an appointment today due to not receiving a reminder & she told me she was disappointed even though I had to still pay the $160 for the facial I didn’t receive…. She also sent me another customer’s email address via text, which is probably where the reminder went.
