I love the salon's atmosphere, and the staff is excellent. Shay is my stylist, but I love all the stylists in the salon. They are all professional, and I have an incredible experience every time I go for my appointment. My hair is always my first priority, and I appreciate the knowledge that is given to let me know more to make sure I am growing healthy hair. So Natural Hair Matters, thank you.

Shay gets my retwist right. She takes her time and knows her craft. She also prevented my daughter from having locs that she didn’t intend to get. Another shop did my daughter’s starter locs and they were supposed to be medium. We couldn’t go back to that shop at the time my daughter needed a retwist, so I took her here where I used to go. Found out the locs were going to be large not medium, and over time, they would not present the look we were going for. I couldn’t believe it! She paid for and requested medium locs. This was my first time here but definitely will not be my last. The appointment process is very easy to navigate online. I booked a combination creation because I didn’t know how I wanted to hair to be styled. My stylist Ms.India did her thing,she gave me a twisted up do with 2 strand twist in the top. I’m very happy with the end result. Will definitely be a returning customer.
