I walked in no one greeted for a while. The store had hour and half left before closing and was only servicing a few customers. When I walked in to see about getting a pedicure they told me they were tired and didn’t want to take anymore customers. It was about 3 ladies customers insides and lots of techs.

I've been going here for several years now but my last appointment was horrific. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes (shellac nails). The tech was all pissy because none of her coworkers had arrived to work yet. They started rolling in at 10:20. That's not my problem. If you open at 10, your employees should already be in place ready for work. There are so many alternatives in this part of town that I won't be going back. And I'm a great tipper!

I have tried A+ multiple times over the last 5 years. It’s convenient but service is horrible. Quality of the nails are ok, not good or great. Again, the location is convenient hence why I’ve tried multiple times. Today, I went in and I was the only one in the “waiting area”. There was a tech working on a lady right where I sat to wait. He looked directly at me and never acknowledged me. 3 other ladies walked in after me and they were acknowledged but were told to have a seat, that they will be with them shortly.
