To anyone thinking about using AN heating, DONT! Their aftercare is diabolical. We have had nothing but problems with the hot water since they installed the boiler. I have rang for them to fix it, they sent someone out who informed me it was a signal issue on the thermostat and to change the batteries on the thermostat even though it was clear this wasn’t the issue. Got a quote from A N heating that was a very good price compared with British Gas. The work was excellent and all went well to completion changing from an old back boiler to a new combi boiler. Was kept informed all the way through the process and very please now with the new boiler. Every thing was put back as it was they were very clean and tidy. Nice neat pipe runs.
Have just looked at a job which was carried out 2 years ago and left, this is not a good company, my x wife has ee settled in trowbridge, she has just advised of an issue with the boiler that was fitted by this company, they damaged the locking mechanisms of the inspection door whilst fitting and have never came back to repair despite many phone calls., £5000 for an absolutely shoddy job..!!!
Our 'go-to' heating engineers. They have revamped our heating system with new pipes, boiler and radiators. Professional and friendly with good communication.
Had 1st visit to sort out a low efficiency heat problem, all good albeit a temporary fix as pump suspect. Arranged pump replacement in December. New pump & £470 later, fault returned after 3mths. Messaged engineer & voicemail left at office, no response. What was not suggested before pump replacement was the issue was highly probably sludge & a mag filter should have been fitted. Not impressed & won't be dealing with again.
