If I could give zero stars, I would! They are extremely unprofessional and rude! The manager stopped responding to our emails when we asked where is the cargo that was supposed to deliver on Sep 3rd! This is 12 days after! And now they are saying THEY DONT HAVE A FREAKING PARKING PERMIT and can’t deliver till Sep 28th!! And they charged us over 5000 dollars for this nonsense! LITERALLY IF YOU USE USPS, YOU WOULD HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF RECEIVING YOUR STUFF!
