Great for Prom and Formals I have used this shop twice, once for prom and once for a formal dance. Both times I had a good experience. I rented tuxes from here. The sales person helps you find what you need, especially if you don't really know what you are doing. All you have to do is make sure you come back the following to bring it back. WOW!! Not what I expected!! After visiting some places in the mall, I had become used to poor service and so-so selection when renting a tux. That was not the case with Mr. Tux. I received excellent service from someone who actually knew what they were talking about and my husband got to try on several styles before choosing one (couldn't do that in SEVERAL places). good tuxedos, great drop off box This place has great tuxedos and their service is excellent. Now they also have a drop box so you can drop off your rental even if they are closed. I think this is a fantastic service, especially if you have plans right after an event, such as a wedding. Although I would recommend it, I do think that you could find a better price somewhere else, such as Men's Warehouse.
Very very bad experience!!! Please people DO NOT get your Tux or anything from these people. I am the best man at my friend’s wedding and when I picked up my Tux 3 days ago, Not only they gave me the WRONG SIZE but also a DIRTY JACKET with Stains on it. Returned to the store to get fitted AGAIN, and later that day my wife picked everything up... they gave us the wrong Shoe size and this time again, another Unfitted regular Jacket But NOT FITTED and UNPRESSED with WRINKLES.... today is the wedding in less then 2 hours, I just... read more

Overpriced, awful service (specially when you go for pick up, after 2 weeks of “preparation”), missing and mixed garments, their definition of fit (slim, straight, skinny, whatever) is adjustable pants and neck extenders. Manager is supposedly classy, but at the minimum question/complain (believe me, you’re gonna have some) he offers your money “back” and zero solutions, with a very nasty attitude. By that time you’re already screwed.
Exceptional customer service. They made my husband look scrumptious for our wedding day. Thanks again
