Very very bad experience!!! Please people DO NOT get your Tux or anything from these people. I am the best man at my friend’s wedding and when I picked up my Tux 3 days ago, Not only they gave me the WRONG SIZE but also a DIRTY JACKET with Stains on it. Returned to the store to get fitted AGAIN, and later that day my wife picked everything up... they gave us the wrong Shoe size and this time again, another Unfitted regular Jacket But NOT FITTED and UNPRESSED with WRINKLES.... today is the wedding in less then 2 hours, I just... read more

Go check out @mrtuxstyles I went there 3 days before my event and the owner Annie helped me pick the best looking tuxedo for me. She was super fast and knowledgeable. Overpriced, awful service (specially when you go for pick up, after 2 weeks of “preparation”), missing and mixed garments, their definition of fit (slim, straight, skinny, whatever) is adjustable pants and neck extenders. Manager is supposedly classy, but at the minimum question/complain (believe me, you’re gonna have some) he offers your money “back” and zero solutions, with a very nasty attitude. By that time you’re already screwed.
Exceptional customer service. They made my husband look scrumptious for our wedding day. Thanks again

The experience has been bad, the desinformation is total and the solution thart they porpose are those that suit your business, I do not recommend it , visit other store in the city, I do not return.
