I’ve been going to this place for a few months now and I love it! The instructors are all nice and inspiring. Depending on what time of a day you go, you get to experience different classes that meet different needs of people trying to stay active. Having other people helps you stay motivated and makes the workout more fun. I do recommend this place. If you are wondering just try a class for free!
If you are looking for a place to exercise on the Eastside, I highly recommend it here. Management, instructors and clients are very welcoming and the vibe is nothing but positive health. Check out Tely’s eregetic Zumba class!
