Attended a charity event the other night where it was catered by a moveable feast. The food that came out was cold! Not like warm, but cold and dry. Dry and cold chicken with some kind of sauce, some kind of gnocchi or hard potato’s. Also had the cauliflower steak - it wasn’t even fully cooked - raw cauliflower steak. This is a wonderful company to work with! I hired them to cater our Golden wedding anniversary house party for about 55 people and it was everything I hoped for. We had oodles of a variety of appies and every one was delicious. They also provided us with two servers, Lisa and Sophie and they were outstanding! Just had a lovely run in with either thenowner of the company or an employee driving your little ford transit van, quite the little flip out/ road rage. I had stopped my truck to unload two tiny boxes of garbage into our complexes shared garbage and left a spot big enough for people to exit on the other side of the area but that wasnt good enough for mr patience.
