Pros: the owner Dino REALLY cares about his customers. Theres been occasions where he’d fix something relatively minor, and refuses to charge us for it. Also unlike dealerships, he works hard to find the lowest cost alternatives to replace expensive auto parts - although he also makes clear of possible risks of using cheaper alternatives. Trustworthy technicians do good work.
The technicians are professional. The price was very reasonable.
My entire family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for repairs, service, ect. for the last 10 years. They are experts when it comes to cars and don't solicit for unnecessary work. Always open and honest which is hard to find with all the car shops around.
