Don't work with Shannon Wheeler. He is unorganized and provided an estimate that was off north of 30%. He couldn't get it fixed or figure out what the issue was but assured me he had everything he needed to move forward. Unfortunately that was a lie and he waited a 3 weeks to order title work. It cost me $3k to extend my rate. Their partner Forst Community Mortgage refunded me half of it to make up for Shannon's incompetence, lack of responsiveness, and inability to answer my questions.

Jeannine went above and beyond for us. She worked hard to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. She broke everything down to make it much more simple for first time home buyers. She’s amazing!!
