I put in a text in on Ange for a furnace repair. Within seconds I received a call from Brent, with A-Moonlight. I tried to explain our problem with our furnace short cycling. He said he could be out within the hour to check it out. Brent was very punctual, and brought David, his helper, with him. Brent was very knowledgeable and explained how and why things were not working. We received a new furnace, and Brent and David worked very efficiently installing the new unit. I am lost for words here. He is not for the customer. He is I need 85 % of the cash before I begin the work than the rest on completion. He gave me his quote 10,000 just for the furnace. Ok what will he charge for labor and removal and permit? Nope just the furnace 10,000. I got a second quote and everything included for under 8,500! Go figure. I would not recommend this company at all! Take your chances ! And there are bigger companies that will let you finance large projects. Just doing a buyer be where here.
I highly recommend Brent May and his side kick Craig. They were honest, professional and fast. They replaced the Thermocouple on my 31 yr old furnace and I now have heat. Hopefully, it will buy me a little more time to eventually replace my furnace in the near future. He gave me the best quote for replacing my furnace and is familiar with the difference of a mobile home furnace and a house furnace. Once I’m ready to replace my furnace, I will be calling him back to do the job. Thank you very much Brent & Craig.
