As pleased as I was with Gary and his business ethics 3 years ago, it seems that a lot has changed with them. Due to a loved one passing I was reaching out to them to see if I could receive the same exceptional customer service, but was told that they no longer offer headstone placement unless it was purchased through them, which is very disappointing. With the economy being in shambles I would have thought he would continue to provide these services to families during their time of grief. I chose to keep my original review ... read more

We were so pleased with the help and care that we received from A Monument & Casket Depot. Our loved one's grave marker was stolen from the Opa Locka Caballero Rivero Dade North Cemetery in Miami - BEWARE They take zero responsibility to secure your loved ones markers! A Monument & Caskety Depot helped us create a nice and affordable solution. We are thankful and highly recommend them.
