When I called to attempt to reschedule my first appointment, the office answered the phone by saying: please hold. They kept me on hold for 10 minutes, and when I called back to try to speak with a person, I overheard women laughing, as they immediately placed me on hold again. I proceeded to call back multiple times and got the same message without anyone allowing me to get a word in edgewise until the last call. That is when I promptly canceled my appointment. Don't get me wrong, she's very kind, but doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. But most importantly, she diagnosed me with hypothyroidism when my TSH was LOW which suggests HYPERthyroidism. My primary care provider had to change it.

First appointment went ok. Second appointment.... not so much. They rescheduled my original time and date. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and waited 40 minutes PAST my appointment time and she spent about 5 minutes with me. When I said something to her about waiting 40 minutes past my appointment, she blamed it on the patients in the wheelchairs.......when in reality it was overbooking! Unbelievable! If I had showed up 40 minutes late for my appointment, I would have had to reschedule!
