As a stay-at-home mom, this gym has truly been my saving grace. The instructors are motivating, patient, and always ready with helpful modifications for lifts, making every workout feel doable and empowering. The childcare is wonderful—warm, attentive, and so good with the kids. My son actually *looks forward* to going, and that peace of mind lets me focus on myself for an hour, knowing his is in great hands. If you’re a mom looking for a supportive, family-friendly gym, this is the place. Highly recommend!

From the second I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly and informative. I was nervous about coming and doing a class but it was such a nice experience. From the front desk, to the ladies in the locker room to my amazing barre instructor, I felt right at home! Coming back next week and I've already told 2 of my friends about you guys and I think one is coming with me soon. So glad I found you guys!
For 7 years I have enjoyed the activities of the music program. The talented musicians and singers who lead the class are always top notch and engaging!! I have had 4 grandchildren enjoy the program ! This last year has been wonderful with many improvements in programs available!!
I've taken several classes here and they have all been great. The instructor is knowledgeable and makes class fun. All of the other clients have been friendly as well. The building is well maintained and comfortable.
