We hired A Moment To Remember Video (Duncan Kurtz) to shoot our wedding March 1, 2025. We were told it would take up to 15 weeks, however, we still have not received our footage. We have tried contacting them several times via text, phone call, email, and even Instagram DM and have not received any response. It’s currently Oct. 20, 2025 and we don’t know what to do. Duncan, if you’re reading this I’d happily update my review if you respond and provide us our valuable wedding footage.
A moment to remember showed up on time and immediately began setting up and getting to work. They introduced themselves to my husband and I and explained how the process would go and how they film.I was very happy with the service on the day of the wedding. The communication before and after the wedding was pretty rocky and we did have some issues once receiving the video, but Duncan was able to fix them for us and make sure we were happy with our services. A moment to remember, did a fantastic job capturing our big day. Very quickly my groom and I felt so comfortable with them. They made sure to get all of our special moments and even had time to do a little dancing with us. So excited to watch our video and share it with all of our loved ones. Thank you guys again!
We could not be more pleased with how our video turned out. It is absolutely beautiful! Duncan was easy to work with, very professional, unobtrusive (we barely knew the cameras were there!), and a lot of fun. Quick turnaround time. Excellent communication. 5 stars all around!
