Although I did not end up buying from here I want to share that the staff are super helpful and accommodating. The prices are not bad at all. They have a gorgeous selection to pick from.
Mandy was awesome! I stopped in on a Saturday just to look around and Sue introduced herself and helped to show me around. I booked an appt for the next day so I could bring in a few loved ones to help find a dress I loved. Mandy was our consultant. She took all of the pressure away & made the day go seamlessly. I walked away an hour & a half later with a custom order placed for my dream dress. Sue was amazing! The shop has an amazing selection and very budget friendly. I am so happy we found A Moment In Time Bridal shop. Highly recommend them.
I was measured by the staff and they special ordered a jumpsuit for my daughter's wedding. It is huge on me. You would think taking measurements, it would not need altered except for maybe the length. The jumpsuit needs altered everywhere, which is going to add cost to the original price of $240. They won't refund or exchange.
I was very pleased with the service here. I was accidentally late to my bridal appointment (I booked at 3, but swore it was 3:30 so I showed up a half hour late) and wasn't denied, or made to feel they were disappointed. They have a huge variety of price ranges and sizes which was a huge anxiety of mine coming in but I had a lot of choices! Sue was great, definitely made me feel comfortable and took all aspects into consideration. She also made my family feel included as well.
