I was very pleased with the service here. I was accidentally late to my bridal appointment (I booked at 3, but swore it was 3:30 so I showed up a half hour late) and wasn't denied, or made to feel they were disappointed. They have a huge variety of price ranges and sizes which was a huge anxiety of mine coming in but I had a lot of choices! They were quick to respond to an email and then when we went in the ladies were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and so very sweet! We were in on a Saturday, they were busy, but they absolutely took all the time needed to help my daughter with prom dresses. They were quick to suggest ones that were gorgeous and made her feel so special! I can't say thank you enough for all of their help! I went to A Moment in Time Bridal looking for a prom dress for this year. I was immediately greeted and helped. Anita was so kind. She helped me with my dresses and got me into a dressing room. She zipped me into my dress and complimented me beautifully. Before coming here I had never had an experience like it! They had a wonderful selection of dresses, and I found my dream dress!! I loved my experience here, I will definitely be back!!
