This would be a great place to live if the owner kept his word and would fix all the issues. Most of the trailers are non livable and the ones that r half way ok they charge way to much in rent for them. I've been here for 6 months and not one thing has gotten done to our trailer. Holes in the ceiling that old manager just put paneling over, windows leak water when it rains, mold growing in ceiling, and the trailer leans to the back. I used to think that this was a great place to live. We have managed this place for 3 years, and have gotten to know our tenants, and formed a relationship. That is, until now. Now, we have a short, stupid, and non-intelligent soon to be new owner taking over that is up ending everything. Please be smart, and do not move here... I'm saying this as someone who welcomed anyone to move into this park, until now.
