Jashia and Kevin did a fantastic job from start to finish running over 500 feet of beautiful stamped, painted curbing at a very important property. Jashia stayed in close contact by phone and email, the job was done on the exact date it was scheduled and the end result is amazing. Their pricing was most competitive and their professionalism and quality of work top notch. I strongly recommend to anyone needing curbing work done to contact these folks.

I would highly recommend A Modern Curb Appeal for all your landscaping needs 100 percent. Kevin and Jashia came out on time one evening and met with me and gave me a very very reasonable estimate. I agreed to the amount and they set up a time. They were unable to keep the 1st date due to rain but called early that morning to let me know. I really wasn't expecting them to show up, but they were there on the second date and wow did they do exactly what they said they would. I wish all businesses did what they said they would. ... read more

I am so pleased with A Modern Curb Appeal! The curbing that they did matched the older curbing that was done in 2015 perfectly. You would have thought it was all done at the same time. A Modern Curb Appeal gave my front yard the finished look it needed. In addition to their outstanding work, the contractors were professional, courteous and timely people that cleaned after themselves. This is always a plus in my book. Thanks again!!
