Call this shop wednesday 9/13/23 to make an appointment about mobile mechanic Service and was told someone would be out on friday. Call shop back on Friday and got the run around. I was told they dont have a mobile mechanic in staff. THE Name of the business is A Mobile Mechanic. Ridiculous. No follow up at all.
Definitely know what they are doing and won't screw you on nonsense costs.
I called this mechanic and he was very unprofessional. His customer service was very poor over the phone. I tried explaining to him about my situation and he spoke to me like I was a mechanic myself. It's like he really didn't understand why I needed help with repairing my van. I really don't understand why he's a mechanic if he's not willing to help someone. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.
