This course helped with my sleeping problems immeasurably! I had struggled for years with insomnia and tried many things, but completing this course was the first time I've had tangible and ongoing success. My mindset around sleep has changed such a lot and I have also enjoyed bringing more mindful meditation into my days for general wellbeing. This course is totally worth it if you are motivated and willing to make changes. Thank you so much to Giselle and "a mindful way" training. It's been life-changing for me!

The course taught me to slow down, to tune in to the signals my body is giving me, to be kind and patient to myself, and most importantly, to stop and make time for being, not just doing all the time. The course made me realise that one of the causes of my insomnia was due to stress levels and an intensity of living that had become my normal way of operating. I purchased A Mindful Way's Online Sleep Course by Giselle Withers. I have found that learning Mindfulness practices and the associated meditations to be one of the most effective ways to treat sleep issues and bouts of insomnia. This treatment really does work! When these these practices are practised correctly and consistently, I see huge improvements. This course is very professional and well designed.
