Tara is an incredible massage therapist! She is intuitive, adaptive, and so attuned to her clients’ bodies. I have seen her many times and always leave her practice feeling amazing. Absolutely recommend working with her if you have the chance!

We needed a last minute massage for our group and this place did not disappoint! It was hard to find a last minute, mobile massage service but Tara was incredibly responsive and helpful in making sure all our needs were met even in a time crunch. Her services are outstanding and so professional! Would highly recommend Mindful Massage!
