I only gave them 1 star because they won’t publish 0 stars. We hired A Merrie Sweepe to install 2 chimney liners in early 2023. That job was completed almost satisfactorily. I questioned the insulation and mortar at the thimble in the living room and was told it was fine. In July 2024 A Merrie Sweepe cleaned our chimneys and the technician said, no, the thimble insulation and mortar were not fine. They needed to be repaired.
