The receptionist Karen is very rude and talks over you while your speaking she had a entitled attitude so nasty and unprofessional she’s the face of the company and is a bad example of the office receptionist should be very understanding nice and respectful I will be taking my service elsewhere I cannot and will not tolerate that attitude and deal with this office because of KAREN!!!!!!!!
Insurance switched and now she’s out of network. Refused to refill prescriptions till I can get in at new doctor which is 3 months out. What kind of doctor refuses to give you the meds that you need daily to live? If it wasn’t for me asking to be tested for type 1 she would still be trying to treat me for type 2. Would highly recommend going anywhere besides her. Very unprofessional and the word will get out about the way she practices medicine

Horrific bedside manner. Disrespectful, cruel, and zero empathy for patients.
