If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is extremely incompetent and the customer service is horrendous!
Still getting bills months after I returned the equipment and paid the final balance.
Absolutely terrible service, incompetent billing and awful customer service. The woman in the Cortez office is nice, but her supervisor Vanessa is absolutely awful. They not only are incapable of dropping off and picking up equipment, which is included in their service contract, they are inept at billing and will tell you, that you are in network when you are in fact not, even after being provided with all of your insurance information. I received a bill from Roteck. They have tried to double bill my insurance and keep sending me a bill for 1300.00. If you call the billing office they either hang up on you or tell you there is no supervisor to talk to. I’m sick of this company. The girls at the main office are great but Roteck sucks. May have to take them to court as I have paid what I owe. A holes
