I received a bill from Roteck. They have tried to double bill my insurance and keep sending me a bill for 1300.00. If you call the billing office they either hang up on you or tell you there is no supervisor to talk to. I’m sick of this company. The girls at the main office are great but Roteck sucks. May have to take them to court as I have paid what I owe. A holes
Every time I need supplies it takes me a few days because the doors are always locked during business hours, and even if I call standing outside the business they rarely answer there phone. And on this specific day 01/21/2022 I called and Haley and answered the phone and like always she was very Unprofessional and Rude telling me I was lying because she is always there and answers the phone during business hours. We called this company three times to pick up an oxygen generator that was only prescribed for one month. They had the doctors order to pick it up but did not. Three months later We finally took it to them. Wondering if there’s some kind of Medicare scam going on here? Office lady was not nice!
The only reason this place has any 5’s, is because the staff they hire in the office is nice and friendly. The reason I gave them a 1 is because of delivery. I have been dealing with this company for over eight years. Only 1 driver lasted more than a month. Everyone else quits. Whoever runs this company needs help. Way too much employee turnover. They’ve been thru at least a dozen drivers and probably that many in the office. Come on people. Get it together!!
