I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and wonderful customer service provided by Sandi. I was calling around different DME providers and had scripts for equipment needed for my upcoming total knee replacement. Several other medical equipment and supply businesses required me to obtain medical notes from my surgeon’s office as to the reason I was having a total knee replacement even though I had scripts with medical codes and surgery information written on them. price trickery , receipt will not show the unexpected 3.8% charge for using debit or credit cards. Staff will not mention it because "there is a sign at check out about 3.8% charge" store told me when I called to inquire why my bank took out more than what their receipt says. Because of hidden price trickery, I give 1 star even though sales lady helped with merchandise. Beware of up-charges, better to pay with cash.
Steve, one of the owners, was very helpful and got me on my way in minutes. Same product on-line was going to take two days to deliver and I needed the personal care equipment today. Thank goodness for our local small business!!!
Sandy is extremely rude. She answers the phone and leaves nasty voicemails. I’m not quite sure why she is representing the company but I will not be calling back for any further questions.
Happy with the chair that I finally received after many misses of the hit or miss. I greatly appreciate the delivery guys because they were very kind and understanding. The delivery guys showed exceptionally great customer service. They are the reason I brought my rating up to two stars instead of one. The receptionist that I have been dealing with of their's for the past year, however, is the reason why I was going to give only one star to begin with.
