My grandson has full blown Medicaid, he had a seizure way back in April of 2025. At a gym, the gym called these sorry people. They got there after the seizure was over with there's over nine people including my other grandson that said they never opened a bag or did anything to check him out in any way. I told them 3 months ago that he had full-blown Medicaid. They sent us a bill for $840 no transport was done whatsoever there wasn't even any services rendered in any way according to all the witnesses that were there. I talk... read more

I had to be transported to Huntsville with a broke femur and the ambulance had no air conditioner and it was extremely humid and uncomfortable. The medic informed me that this had been reported but not fixed. For the price they charge for transport you’d think they would take better care of them.

Their people refused to transfer my husband to Boaz. He stated “that’s a little out of our range “. He proceeded to try and steer me toward Riverview. He said if you want to be seen quickly you want to give yo Riverview. If you want to wait a long time go to GRMC. Hee even called Riverview and was told they were on diversion. He said looks like it’s gonna be GRMC! I told them again my preference is Marshall South. We finally went to GRMC and received outstanding care as usual. ( there was no wait time). So let me take the time to talk about this service. I had never used this service before and after yesterday I will definitely tell others to steer clear. First of all there was suppose to be transportation of a minor from Gadsden to Birmingham. The hospital contacted another service who had the common decency to let them know they were over booked and couldn't do it. However this service claimed they would arrive in 30 minutes. There is a medical provider for them named Kristie Smith and her patient care is horrible. She is going to end up hurting if someone if not more. She lies and should not be working in the medical field. She wants to help people well maybe she should quit working for a ems provider and save her future patients life’s. I will continue to share about her until something is done with her and her reckless behavior.
