I work in a hospital. We have patients who are brought to our clinic by Amed several times a week and every single time they are indescribably rude and short. Instead of identifying themselves and the patient they simply shove an envelope in your face (containing the patient's information) and do not otherwise open their mouth to speak. if you have a loved one using this company as transporation please consider that this treatment may also pass down to them.

Lastnight I overheard a gentleman from your company ( larger dark guy with body art) interacting with nurses and facility staff as I waited in the ed with my ill mother . He was incredibly professional, respectful, and knowledgeable in everything he did. The reviews “stars” speak for themselves. You just dumped my family member at an appointment that was cancelled. He’s a stroke patient who can’t support himself.

A-Med is the best transport service in New Orleans- the drivers are very gentle and careful w the patients - they drive on steady safe roads - avoiding bumpy Nola streets - and the ambulance ride is steady and stable - it was the best transport ride we have had since my sister got sick.
