Driver Tierney Kerry was exceptional with every aspect of the needed transportion from hospital to skilled nursing unit. Caring, helpful, and understanding are the first words that come to mind when I think of her. Tierney arrived at the estimated wait time given. Appreciated the wheelchair transport over the stretcher as well.

Scheduled transportation two days prior to my aunts release from rehab facility. Was told to expect driver to be there between 12:30 and 2:30 for transport back home. Driver “Dallas” was at facility at noon. She was more than accommodating and super compassionate in transporting my 90 year old wheelchair bound aunt back home. Thank you Dallas for taking care of our precious cargo! ❤️

My 95 year old parent was supposed to be picked up before 12noon. It's after 7pm and still no one has come. I spoke with the dispatch supervisor and claims they were next door around 6pm. NO one takes blame for the poor service and they are not respectful of a person's time.Horrible service.

My 86 year old Father was to be delivered from Kenner to Ochsner main with arrival no later than 10 am. The driver did not arrive to drop him off until 1035 am for a 1015 am appointment time. Usually Ochsner won’t take a patient more than 10-15 minutes late. We were blessed that Ochsner agreed to take him for his appointment even though he didn’t arrive to the clinic office until 25 minutes after his scheduled time. I will avoid AMED at all costs going forward. No one I spoke with cared how late he was to his appointment.

HORRIBLE! This is supposed to be an emergency transportation service and yet they are slow to respond and the workers have bad attitudes. They state that they cannot pick up or lift a patient. Then how are you transporting residents?
