5 stars! The atmosphere is welcoming and calming — Every member of the staff Is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They always make sure I feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had a poor experience at this office due to repeated disorganization and lack of communication. It was difficult to reach the office by phone or email, and when I finally did, I provided my prior treatment plan and x-rays from another dentist (who stopped taking my insurance) in advance so they would know what work was needed. At my appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early but waited about 30 minutes in the lobby. The dentist apologized, saying she was training new staff.
