Always get a different agent and matters can not be handled when called. I had to call 3 separate occasions to cancel my policy because i no longer had the vehicle and another vehicle was added without my consent or me paying starting fees.now they are making an issue because they didn’t do proper documentation and wont honor my cancellation from the first day I requested it
