Worst experience I've ever had with any auto insurance company. Definitely do not recommend this company, bad customer service, and dont return calls when requested. They canceled an endorsement we added onto our policy, and brushed their shoulders off with saying it was our responsibility to pay the fee of endorsement by a certain time of the month when we were never told such thing. Manager showed no sympathy on the issue. Very careless company.
Says on the website to call for quotes, once you do call and Ask for quotes they simply hang up.. thought signal failed so I called again twice and they simply won't answer your call! Great customer service, I think not! Next!
