Excelente atencion de Lesley Aguilar .Llame faltando 7 min para cerrar y la Srita muy amablemente me atendio, cuando ya otras 2 me habian Colgate porque solo faltaba 20 min para cerrar. Fue tan rapida y eficaz su trabajo, que me dejo asombrada como resolvio la activacion de otro vehiculo en mi poliza. Felicidades por tener empleados tan eficientes y amables como esta chica. Lo siento por las otras 2 que me colgaron.

This review is not for this location. This review is for A-Max as a company. I want to start by saying everyone I spoke to from the different local stores in San Antonio was very helpful. The district manager was not helpful at all, I was told I would be called multiple times and never received a call. I was always told she is very busy. Here's what happen. Do not recommend at all! They avoid you completely when your involved in an accident and do not take care of you as a customer or the vehicle, very bad experience definitely AVOID AT ALL COST.
