I love coming here when I am needing insurance! They’re always friendly and helpful and they always get me the best possible price on my insurance!
I don't appreciate surprises I like transparency. When I went to pay my policy I was charged 10% more of the actual price on my policy. No one told me this would happen but the agent i worked with told me I had to scan the bar code where supposably it stated this charge but she never mentioned this clause when I accepted the contract. I hate surprises and lack of transparency.
The insurance agent was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and treated me like family. I was very happy.
