Nidia Reyes took my money for a new policy on a new vehicle but refused to help me with an existing policy that had a pending issue. She left me on hold and went on her lunch break. When I attempted to call back they answered and hung up, answered and hung multiple times. Do better! Don't lie to the customer! I showed up in person to make the change on my existing policy. That's the only way they'll help over the phone that is unless your purchasing a new policy.
The lady that works there doesn’t know what she’s doing wasted my time there it’s better just to do it online for better prices and cheaper rather than going to the store! Still got cheaper online though AMAX
