I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the San Juan location. During my initial visit to obtain a quote, I was not informed of an additional agency fee of almost $130, which was automatically applied. Furthermore, I was requested to provide proof of insurance cancellation, but upon submitting the required documentation, I was told that a declaration page was actually needed. Make sure to tell them what coverage you want. Staff was friendly they also have called me for the 2nd month in the row to remind me of my payment coming up 👍🏻Haven't found it cheaper elsewhere.
Horrible when it comes to adding vehicles and other driver, they don't pay attention and then they want more more
