Stephanie Aguilar is a very RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL , TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE person. She does not need to be dealing with any calls coming in. She needs to be in collections only. I gave her all my information, vin , license. She gave me a quote and said on top of the quote will be an additional 112.00? I asked to explain why she would charge on top of the quote.
