Ive chosen too use A-Max several years now after my poor experience today I will be reaching out further to the corporate office. I literally had to call the Saunders location receive the help I needed that location was very very patient and helpful and was told I can make payments over the phone there if need be in the future to not have to deal with the lack of professionalism...I purchased insurance on my vehicle today... and the agent said she was sending over my id cards but it was a lengthy time it still wasnt coming..... read more
