I wanted to extend a word of gratitude and appreciation for Ms. Bobbie in the Lancaster office. I've tried for the last two months to have a new account added for payment. We've contacted the customer service on several occasions and was assured the payment would come from the appropriate account but that never happened.....until Bobbie!
