I wanted to extend a word of gratitude and appreciation for Ms. Bobbie in the Lancaster office. I've tried for the last two months to have a new account added for payment. We've contacted the customer service on several occasions and was assured the payment would come from the appropriate account but that never happened.....until Bobbie! It took her minutes to determine a discrepancy in billing on the back-end which was promptly corrected DURING the phone call.
