Yessenia is a sweetheart and hard worker. The girl on the right desk. The supervisor I can’t say nothing nice. Rude to her worker and Yessenia had me answering phones while the supervisor and and another person are just looking at screens.

Poor response time . I called at 1030 am for a quote and the insurance specialist said she was busy with a customer in front of her she ask politely can I call u back. I said sure she said it will be like 5mins. We'll it was 5hrs later..... I had already found my insurance thru another company I didn't even bother to answer the call ... Thanks for nothing
