The staff may come off as friendly, but the auto insurance they offer is expensive and predatory. In this place, I was almost paying more for insurance than for my actual car payment, that alone should tell you everything. They partner with Kemper, which, in my experience, is one of the worst auto insurance companies. They are unprofessional and dismissive when issues arise.
