The staff may come off as friendly, but the auto insurance they offer is expensive and predatory. In this place, I was almost paying more for insurance than for my actual car payment, that alone should tell you everything. They partner with Kemper, which, in my experience, is one of the worst auto insurance companies. They are unprofessional and dismissive when issues arise. Friendly staff that offer very predatory auto insurance monthly premiums full of hidden fees. They partner with Kemper, which I personally dislike because of how unprofessional and dismissive they are. The insurance options here are extremely expensive, I was almost going to pay more for auto insurance than for my monthly car payment. Regret the time and money I wasted on this place. I would have rated this place with 0 stars if possible.
