⭐️ 1 Star Review — Terrible Customer Service and Outdated System I had a policy with AMAX Insurance for one year, and when they sent me a renewal notice, I decided not to renew. I called them to let them know I didn’t want to continue my policy, but they refused to process my request over the phone. They told me I had to miss a day of work and go to their office in person just to sign a paper saying I didn’t want to renew. They are very nice
The employees here seem to be running some kind of scam. My father has insurance with them and decided to call in to verify he was up to date on payments. They tell him he is behind and because of this they cannot “reinstate” him. He asks how much to bring current they say $300 to which he did not have. He was stressing the thought of not having insurance but instead of panicking he calls the source directly cause apparently this is just the 3rd party company.
