👍
Stopped by Max Affordable Insurance to look into some affordable insurance options. The first two ladies we interacted with were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the lady who assisted us wasn’t very helpful. The process took about 45 minutes, and there were several interruptions while she was asking Alexa to play different music. 😅 We eventually decided to leave without getting insurance. Hopefully, the customer service experience improves .
Was very satisfied Evelyn, was a great help.
I have been with A- max for about seven years now and I have always found the agents very professional and willing to help me with any concerns I may have, most recently I have met a very Kind and most concerned Agent I have come across all the years I've been with A-Max. For almost a year now her Friendly smile and quick support greeted me when I entered the door. Christalina, which I would like to call My personal agent goes far and beyond my expectations. GREAT job Christalina #7517 and MANY many thanks 🤩
Cuentan con personal muy amable y resolvieron todas mis dudas
