I called and they were not happy to deal with me or even answer the phone. They got to be cheap as hell. How are they in business. I only out one star because I could leave it without the star to put the review. I bet half the stars are from having to put it.

Agent answered kept me on hold, told me would transfer to available agent and then no one answered was just kept on hold. Will continue to look elsewhere, thank you!
Pamela provided me with false information and misled me regarding the cost of my insurance policy. She explicitly stated that it would be a certain amount, but this turned out to be untrue. Her dishonesty has caused confusion and frustration, as I had been relying on the accuracy of the information she provided. Due to this experience, I have lost trust in Amax Insurance and will never work with them again.
