I want to say thank you to Jessica with AMax for a unbelievable experience. I called to add a 2020 vehicle which took i am assuming a little more steps/work being that it is new vehicle. I believe the total process took 2 days. Like most people after hearing "ok I will call u back" I assumed I would not hear from Jessica....but I did. She in fact kept me in the loop pretty much every step of the way!!!! So with that being said....Thank you Jessica I will forever speak highly of u!!!!
it was a good insurance and cheap on prices. i would recommend this insurance to anybody. the people that work there are really friendly. they actually take there time with us coustomers
Suleika and Claudia make this office feel like family. I was hospitalized over the Christmas Holidays and did not return their calls. They were so kind and professional and looked after myself account while I was gone. They are proactive and always on top of things. I have never had such great customer service and I have been around a while. I will never take my insurance anywhere else.
