The younger that was answering the phone had a bad attitude & act as if I was wasting her time.

The location inside HEB off Blackhawk in Houston Texas has an employee by the name of Shaina who has assisted me over the last couple of months with amazing customer service and has just been exceeding my expectations with all my calls and in person interaction. The rates are good but her customer service is outstanding. Honesty, great character and the willingness to explain everything and assist is outstanding.
