My overall experience with this company was good up until today. I paid over on my last month insurance bill with the understanding that it would be credited towards my next payment. Went to pay my insurance thinking that the credit would be towards my current bill, the lady tells me it goes towards my pay off which makes no sense at all. If that would've been fully explained I would have went and gotten the correct change. Pay attention people, EVERYBODY trying to scam these days.
