They never emailed me the documents but they sure did charge me. Every time you call you never get in touch with the same person. Feels like a scam it's been week and I don't know how to get in touch with anyone here I call them and goes to some kind of voicemail and it sends you to somebody else every time then no one knows anything about you every time you speak to an agent and they put you on hold and then forget to email you the thing that promise to email you so I still didn’t get my request for cancellation.
