This office sucks tbh I've been trying to get help from someone to help me remove a vehicle from my policy and Nobody ever calls me back and whenever I call I always get put on hold This is totally ridiculous ever since Christopher everything is a mess. I'm not the only one not satisfied wit their customer service there's plenty of people complaining about this.

I don’t even have no words that can express my experience here at A-Max. I came in today needing insurance and Christopher was the guy to help. It was upon his arrival I noticed he left a funeral and came over to the office to assist me. He was extremely helpful, understanding and very considerate. The fact Christopher came in right after a funeral says a lot about the customer service he provided.
